Crimean Youth Association is a voluntary social youth association, established to represent and to protect the rights, interests and world outlook of its members. Association members are the people who aim to spread the idea that there are constant and unfailing values in this all-changing world. |

Association’s targets are:
- Elimination of illiteracy of Crimean Tatars in the part of their history, origins, language, cultural and spiritual heritage.
- Moral education of the nation in the part of religion and customs.
- Encouraging the general intellectual development of youth.
- Uniting the nation as a counterweight to forces spreading discord among the people.
- Attracting attention of international organizations to the problem of Crimean people by means of spreading the relative information in mass-media, official appeals, and participation in collaboratin programs etc.

Association structure provides following main activity areas:
- Cultural and educational activity – education of the taget group in the part of religion, culure, law, language, history, etc.
- Charity activity – distribution of funds for material assitance to the people.
- Juridical activity – correspondence of the association’s activities to the valid legislation.
For implementation of the above mentioned goals the following programs and measures are being realized:
- Foundation of a cultural center, which will be able to meet the requirements of the association as well as the target group. Cultural center will include computer rooms, study groups, classrooms, conference rooms, etc.
- Preparation, makeup and distribution of printed, electronic and video materials devoted the history, culture and spiritual heritage of Crimean Tatars, translation of printed materials to Crimean Tatar language, dubbing the movies and cartoons.
- Assisting the educational institutions in the part of teaching the history and culture of Crimean Tatars. Conduction of seminars, conferences for the national school teachers.
- Publication of articles and essays on mostly discussed topics, participation in interconfessional discussions, establishing collaboration.
