Crimean Youth Association is a voluntary social youth association, established to represent and to protect the rights, interests and world outlook of its members. Association members are the people who aim to spread the idea that there are constant and unfailing values in this all-changing world.
One of the 20th century’s significant tragedy examples is the fact of Crimean Tatar nation deportation – a demonstration of terrible cruelty and oppression. Genocide upon Crimean Tatars has destroyed cultural, moral, intellectual and almost all physical heritage of the nation. An experienced observer in a relatively calm reality of the nation, which was de jure acquitted on the paper, can recognize a “successful” continuation of genocide, started 60 years ago. The nation has lost big part of its identity, and owing to destruction of all cultural origins the resultant vacuum is being filled by all kinds of alternative “fillers”, which surround our suffering people all around. Further deficit of the sources which remind the people about their background, and the lack of people which can correctly communicate and distribute these sources may result in that our nation will become alike shapeless scraps of a torn tissue. All these can result in a “splendid” success of a horrible plan generated in 1944 – a whole nation will be destroyed in a historically short 60-years period. Considering the tragic nature of these forecasts, SKM organization aims to conduct an unbiased evaluation in one of the world’s most sophisticated places – Crimea, as well as to take all necessary measures to make the people of Crimean peninsula live in peace and prosperity, to guide them to the real and eternal values, which are independent of either time or people. Organization’s main values are: keeping the nation’s self-consciousness, increasing the nation’s morality, protection of social rights and freedoms. |
Our century has witnessed bright discoveries, great achievements, human rights and freedom strengthening; along with catastrophic wars, betrayals, dissipation, human dignity humiliation. Nowadays, looking back into this century of progress and development we can surely mention that the main ‘progress’ is observed in the part of outrage upon humanity and moral values neglecting. Mankind - the crown of all creation, owing to the worldly lusts has defamed this honorable name.
